To calculate which bracket you’re in, we take into account the total amount of all your paid orders, regardless of whether it’s been delivered or not yet.The cost of delivery also contributes. Returns whether total or partial are subtracted from the total amount. Every day we check and update your total, which also means the bracket you’re in. It’s done automatically, and our system checks the total of your completed orders from the exact 12 month period before.
